1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable method.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges
