  • 2. Orders & Payments

    • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

    • Full payment must be made before the processing and delivery of any order, unless prior arrangements have been made.

    • 3. Custom Orders

      • Customized corporate gifts and stationery products require client approval of design proofs before production begins.

      • Once approved, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

      • We are not responsible for errors in artwork or specifications approved by the client.

      • 4. Delivery & Lead Time

        • Standard lead times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

        • Delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.

        • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery

        • 5. Returns & Refunds

          • Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

          • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.

          • 6. Intellectual Property

            • All designs, logos, and product content created by Master Business Solution remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
