Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.
All designs, logos, and product content created by Master Business Solution remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
